TBS Facility Services has joined
Mid-Tier Advocacy
Our Founder Tasha Berry-Monroe joined Mid-tier Advocacy Roundtable:
MTA’s CEO Roundtable is comprised of owners and chief executive officers of the nation’s top emerging, fast-growing small businesses. The CEO Roundtable plays a leading role in determining the direction and scope of MTA’s advocacy efforts and, thereby, sets MTA’s legislative and educational agenda. To accomplish MTA’s advocacy goals, the CEO Roundtable works with MTA staff to devise and implement strategies that:
Shape policies impacting small and mid-size firms;
Educate lawmakers on the impact federal policies have on small and mid-size firms;
Raise awareness of the positive impact small and mid-size firms have on the U.S. economy
Help small and mid-size firms gain access to government contracts; and
Promote business growth through access to capital
Employee of the Month
We know the amount of effort that our employees put into their job and we want to assure that their efforts are appreciated. We also know that sometimes, in the hustle and bustle of the day, we may not show our appreciation as effectively as we might. With this in mind we have developed the Employee of Quarter Award Program. This program is designed to reward employee efforts and loyalty to our company. These awards represent our appreciation and will serve as an ongoing reminder of your achievements.
